Amplify Flow is the result of 25 years of programs put to work in entrepreneurial environments spanning software development, strategic marketing and communications as well as consumer packaged goods companies.
Amplify Flow uses an information and data driven approach to program deployment. The process incorporates a number of programmatic components taken from the fields of psychology, elite athlete performance coaching as well as physics. Many of which have been proven to deliver performance results across a variety of high performance professional niches.
This non-traditional blend of components yields a powerful set of tools designed to drive results and outcomes that more traditional methods and approaches.
90% of what happens to us, does not actually happen to us. We just believe it happened to us. Our perceptions drive our individual and collective realities. We look to cognitive and social sciences for the tools and frameworks necessary to break free of status quo states.
Physics, namely Quantum Physics states that everything from thoughts to beliefs to words to even the desks or stations where we work are not made of matter as we believe it to be but instead, energy. And, all energy oscillates at certain frequencies. These wave pattern frequencies either amplify or cancel each other out. In the simplest terms, outcomes and results stem from this result. This is proven science which is built into our programs.
Finally, we rely on tested performance principals taught to elite athletes ranging from World Record Holders to Olympic Medal recipients to Professional Athletes, with a focus on endurance sports. Business success can include sprints, but is often a long race filled with hardships and uncertainties. Learning to embrace and overcome these is often the difference between good and great.
Our Managing Partner is Steve Hershberger. His story of tapping into Flow to fuel an amazing comeback story has been featured on several podcasts, with a number of others in the works.
Steve weaves many of the concepts found in Operational Flow into these compelling stories. These podcasts cover the time he spent leading a tech company which was never able to find Flow, as well as the symptoms and impact of this on a business as well as the terrible personal and health costs which are often the result of chronic business headwinds.
His journey covers the efforts requited to recover and thrive mentally, physically and spiritually from that extremely hard period.
But the real story begins less than a few years later with a horrific hit and run accident causing him to flat-line for several minutes, alone, face down in a ditch next to a desolate country road. How he managed to survive and get to safety is in itself, unbelievable.
The incident left him with a broken back, broken neck and numerous other severe injuries including a TBI as well as a stay in a Level One Trauma Center ICU. However, the primary focus of Steve's story isn't that. It is what finding Flow can do to change everything.
After this terrible injury, he was able to recover with startling speed by tapping into the vast energy found in Flow. 241 days after the accident he competed in his first 100k elite gravel bike race since being hit, placing in the top 25%. He is proof-positive of immense transformative power of activating Flow.
