This program is direct result of trial and error over 25 years and the pursuit of best practices tied to individual and team performance.
Our leadership team is comprised of individuals who have led emerging businesses operating in rapidly evolving markets in which best-practice solutions designed to sustain growth are elusive. Our team has also built and managed programs for multi-national and large, family run companies where new programs, accountability and change are often viewed with suspicion. We have taken the results of hundreds of programs over two decades and distilled them down into the S.E.A.T. portfolio of programs.
We recognize that belief comes before trust. Build from the bottom up, beginning first with individual perceptions, beliefs and barriers which is then extended to the immediate cross-functional teams which are or should exist. We provide a standards based approach to this framework, which allows it to be both applicable to the individual but scaleable across the organization.
Our Company, Westminster Innovation Group, was founded by Steve Hershberger. Steve is a long time entrepreneur having started, scaled and exited a number of successful businesses in software, consulting and consumer CPG segments.
However, success doesn't teach you everything you need to know about growth, innovation, perseverance and performance. Hershberger also has been able to tap into the lessons from several businesses that didn't go to plan, as well as, a number of challenging personal experiences, including several life altering experiences which challenged his beliefs, perceived truths and what was possible. What he learned from these experiences is that very little is impossible. Rather, it is an issue of mindset and approach.
All of these experiences and know-how has been integrated into the [Amplify] FLOW and S.E.A.T. programs.
Hershberger has been the guest on a number of popular podcasts focused on growth, grit, performance, setting and achieving challenging goals, as well as learning from and overcoming adversity.
Steve's story of tapping into Flow to fuel an amazing comeback story has been featured on several podcasts, with a number of others in the works.
Steve weaves many of the concepts found in Operational Flow into these compelling stories. These podcasts cover the time he spent leading a tech company which was never able to find Flow, as well as the symptoms and impact of this on a business as well as the terrible personal and health costs which are often the result of chronic business headwinds.
His journey covers the efforts requited to recover and thrive mentally, physically and spiritually from that extremely hard period.
But the real story begins less than a few years later with a horrific hit and run accident causing him to flat-line for several minutes, alone, face down in a ditch next to a desolate country road. How he managed to survive and get to safety is in itself, unbelievable.
The incident left him with a broken back, broken neck and numerous other severe injuries including a TBI as well as a stay in a Level One Trauma Center ICU. However, the primary focus of Steve's story isn't that. It is what finding Flow can do to change everything.
After this terrible injury, he was able to recover with startling speed by tapping into the vast energy found in Flow. 241 days after the accident he competed in his first 100k elite gravel bike race since being hit, placing in the top 25%. He is proof-positive of immense transformative power of activating Flow.
